SoundHound Inc. builds voice AI products that make it easier for people to engage with the world around them. This position will be responsible for contributing to and enhancing in-house Corporate IT technologies. This role will work alongside a team of dedicated IT Professionals interested in optimizing and enhancing the end-user computing experience. As an IT Engineer you’ll be a key contributor to the team and help to maintain in-house services/technologies utilized.
This role will work alongside the various teams within IT and require cross-collaboration and the ability to be self-driven and adapt to changing needs of the company.
In this role you will:
Provide assistance/contribution to technical projects
Administer SaaS based solutions
Conduct PoC for IT solutions
Provide support for local and remote offices
Create and update documentation (internal & external)
Contribute to driving and shaping the IT experience for company
We would love to hear from you if:
You have significant experience with desktop support (EUC) with advance involvement with supporting a mac environment
You have strong knowledge with hands on experience of LAN/WAN experience
You have strong knowledge of administering and maintaining Windows Server environments
You have hands on experience with JAMF and G-Suite administration
You are proficient in English
We’d be especially excited if you have hands on experience with a virtualized server environment (esx/openstack) or Meraki infrastructure and administration, or knowledge of IT security principles and best practices (CISSP/Sec+), Bash/python scripting, Agile/SCRUM methodology (jira), or Cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
